c33bd Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the c33bd platform — your rights and responsibilities are clearly described here.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the c33bd platform and you. By registering on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

c33bd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "our") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions and features provided through the c33bd platform.

When you register, log in or use any service on c33bd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms. These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

The c33bd platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the c33bd platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You are responsible for keeping all information provided in your account up to date and accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account.

2.3 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

c33bd may request identity verification as needed to comply with its security and fair play policies. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the c33bd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age — this platform is open only to those who are 21 years or older.
  • You must have the legal right to participate in online betting and gaming activities from your current location.
  • You must play for yourself and from your own account — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
  • You must not be on a self-exclusion list, whether voluntarily or by court order, due to a gambling addiction.

c33bd reserves the right to request official documents for age or identity verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be cancelled immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on c33bd are currently accepted through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
  • Standard withdrawals take 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified payment methods.
  • Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each transaction. Funds deposited with incorrect information may not be recoverable. c33bd may request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

c33bd follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals are generally required to be made through the same method used for the deposit. If unusual financial activity is detected, the account may be suspended for investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
  • The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit after bonus activation.
  • c33bd reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of multiple accounts or suspicious activity.

5.2 VIP Program

The c33bd VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active gaming, you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system, coordinated betting or use of hedging strategies is prohibited. If c33bd detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the c33bd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. SSL encryption and the highest security measures are in place. Game results are governed by independent algorithms.

6.2 Gaming Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. c33bd reserves the right to change gaming limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or system failure, the bet may be considered void and the wager amount will be refunded. c33bd is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football and other sports. Bets are settled based on official match statistics and results.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

c33bd firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

  • Gaming should be done for entertainment purposes — not as a way to solve financial problems.
  • You may request the support team to set a temporary self-exclusion or deposit limit.
  • If you notice signs of gaming addiction, take a break immediately and seek professional help.
  • It is every parent's responsibility to keep minors away from gaming activities.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c33bd platform:

  • Playing games using bots, automated software or any artificial means.
  • Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate bets unfairly.
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
  • Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs.
  • Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
  • Using a false identity or fraudulent information.

Participation in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

c33bd places the highest importance on the protection of your personal information. Your information is used only for service delivery, identity verification, financial transaction processing and fulfilling legal obligations.

  • All data transmission is secured through SSL encryption.
  • Your financial information is never sold to third parties.
  • Your information may be shared only with authorized payment processing institutions.

10 Limitation of Liability

The following liability limitations apply to the use of the c33bd platform:

  • c33bd is not liable for financial losses in gaming — gaming is voluntary and the risk is your own.
  • c33bd is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
  • c33bd bears limited liability for delays or errors related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
  • No compensation will be provided for service interruptions due to unforeseen technical errors or force majeure circumstances.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 By the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closing the account.

11.2 By c33bd

c33bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of terms or participation in prohibited activities.
  • Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activities.
  • To comply with legal or regulatory authority directives.

If an account is cancelled due to a violation of terms, the associated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

c33bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

The latest version of these terms and conditions will always be published on the c33bd website and will replace all previous versions.
